Accountabilities and duties: Guide: Guide customers through their order and process it in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite Help customers navigate company’s website (and in the future place orders online). Communication: Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and in Product knowledge: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability, to our customers, following the company policies. Suggest relevant information about other products and Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Teamwork: Work with internal departments to meet our customers' Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as Problem Solving: Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status Required Skills & Experience Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom Opening customer accounts by recording account Maintaining customer records by updating account Maintaining customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments Once all orders for the day are done, customer service needs to do be able to do the following:A. Closed the credit card.B. Counting the cash.C. Make sure it is balanced.D. Print the report from NetSuite and make sure it matches with your cash from the Preparing product or service reports on NETSUITE by collecting and analyzing customer Basic Qualifications High school College degree is a plus. Bilingual is a must - 100% fluent in English, and in Spanish (read, speak, write) 5+ years of customer service experience Experience with MS Ability to pass a background check and drug Experience in construction products such as flooring, siding, doors, etc. Job Type Full-Time. Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits Basic salary starts at $20-$21 per hour. #3107FL
