Job Summary and Qualifications Under the general supervision of theunitu2019sdirector, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC)assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit ontheirdesignated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individualis responsible forthe ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided inunit. What you will do in this role: + Assess, monitor, record, report, and follow through on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. + Create andmaintainaccurate, detailed reports and records. + Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, andmodifythe plan of care, asindicatedby the patientu2019s responses and conditions. + Delegate nursing tasks asappropriateand safe butretainaccountability for patient care. + Provide individualized education for the patient, family, and or caregiver throughout the continuum of care. + Adhere to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care. What qualifications you will need: + Associateu2019s Degree in Nursingor RN Diplomarequired;Bacheloru2019s Degree in Nursingpreferred. + Currentlicensureas a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact staterequired. + 1+ years of related experiencerequired. + CurrentBasicLifeSupport (BLS)required.
