The company works on a hybrid model which would have you at client sites 2-3 days per week on average. If you are interested in learning more about this great opportunity email Jim Meade at Robert Half right away What Youu2019ll Do: + Perform internal audits to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify process inefficiencies. + Provide expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, business controls, and risk management. + Analyze financial and operational data to uncover areas for improvement and recommend key solutions. + Build productive client relationships, ensuring client needs are met and delivering high-quality service. + Leverage data analytics and technology to innovate and enhance the audit process. + Stay informed of industry standards, regulatory developments, and emerging business trends. + Collaborate with team members to set goals and maintain project success. + Deliver impactful reporting and actionable insights to mitigate risks and streamline processes. + Identify new service opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning them with organizational capabilities. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial analysis. u2022 Strong understanding of internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and business process evaluation. u2022 Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation or equivalent is highly preferred. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes. u2022 Excellent verbal communication and business writing abilities. u2022 Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. u2022 Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
