Batching Technician

Our client, a leading beverage manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Batching Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Batching Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. Job Title: Batching Technician Location: Clackamas, OR Position Type : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate : $22.00/hour Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00am u2013 4:30pm What's the Job? + Work closely with the Quality Assurance team and Production Managers to uphold food production excellence. + Accurately implement blending production plans by measuring and pulling correct quantities of ingredients. + Stage and prepare raw materials for efficient mixing operations. + Monitor the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas to ensure consistency. + Maintain safety standards by following Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation protocols. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Ability to lift 50 u2013 60 pounds regularly, depending on beverage production needs. + Six months of experience in food processing or sanitation preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. + Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset. + Good job stability and work history.
