What Youu2019ll Do + Review and prioritize work orders at the start of each shift + Perform preventative maintenance on ovens, packaging systems, and other production equipment + Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical components such as bearings, gears, belts, and shafts + Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including sensors, gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment + Operate machine shop tools including lathes, grinders, and drills + Perform light fabrication work including cutting, welding, and assembling metal components + Collaborate with team members and production staff to minimize downtime and optimize equipment efficiency What You Bring + 1+ year experience setting up, repairing, or troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing or production environment + 1+ year mechanical maintenance experience + 6+ months experience with electrical systems, welding, or fabrication + Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here + Familyu2011owned culture that values teamwork and treating people right + Strong training programs designed to help you grow your technical skillset + Opportunities for advancement as the facility continues to expand + A focus on employee retention, positive morale, and building careersu2014not just filling shifts Work Environment This role is within a clean, wellu2011regulated food production facility operating under SQF food safety standards .
