Are you motivated by creating sustainable change that benefits society and nature?If this sounds like you, or you're curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your excellence Join our Environment and Health department as our new Managing Consultant for environment and health sciences and agrochemical compliance and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Managing Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert in the area of agrochemical and biologicals registrations in the United States. You will play a key role in developing and leading the agrochemical and biologicals regulatory practice and work among an interdisciplinary team in the Americas, engaging with other business and technical professionals.Your key responsibilities will be:Professional ExcellenceProvides innovative and strategic advice to clients that demonstrates depth of scientific knowledge and regulatory insight into federal and state agrochemical and biological pesticide registrationConveys expertise of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) in regard to agrochemicals regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), including experience with coordinating with the Biopesticide and Pollution Prevention Division (BPPD) and/or Registration Division (RD) and having general knowledge of multiple divisions and their processes within the Office of Pesticide ProgramsDemonstrates and clearly articulates an understanding of client needs and the ability to develop project scopesProduces a high-quality work product, on time and within budgetAbility to manage projects and work within multi-faceted project teams effectivelyTeamworkManages assigned projects/tasks providing critical thinking (with ability for thought leadership) in areas of expertiseAbility to work with multi-faceted team on projects and seek guidance from senior staff members, as neededModels, promotes and demonstrates collegiality with all company employeesCustomer Engagement/Business DevelopmentResponsible for client retention through great project deliveryEngage with potential new or existing clients to build credibility and scope potential client engagementsWork with Business Development to provide content and materials for client proposalsAttend and represent Ramboll at relevant trade associations, conferences and trade showsYour new teamAs part of the team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients' problems and creating sustainable solutions for them.
