This is a regional role. Travel throughout the region will be required. Ideally, this person would live in or around the Youngstown, Ohio area, as you will be traveling to Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA frequently. Applicable travel expenses will be covered. What you will do u00b7 As a GI (Gastroenterology) Sales Associate you will promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, while providing excellent customer service and developing the customer relationship with doctors, nurses and appropriate staff personnel u00b7 You are responsible for educating and informing Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs u00b7 You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. u00b7 You assist in post-sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction with the product and drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers u00b7 You are responsible for meeting targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within your assigned geography u00b7 As a GI Sales Associate, you love driving in the fast lane and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. What you need u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree from an Accrediteduniversity u00b7 1-2years in medical sales or b2b is preferred u00b7 Strong inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management. u00b7 Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills. Travel requirement: u00b7 Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driveru2019s license and be able to drive an automobile. Physical requirements: u00b7 Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects u00b7 Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention Mental requirements: u00b7 Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise u00b7 Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict u00b7 Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication u00b7 Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision u00b7 Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records u00b7 Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people u00b7 Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment Stryker will provide: u00b7 In-houseproduct training program u00b7 Fieldsales training u00b7 $70,000 annual salary plus expenses up to $1,500/month and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits.
