What impact youu2019ll make : This is a position on theTransactional Services FP&Ateam for the Gas Power Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) Global Services business. TheTransactional Core FP&ALeaderis responsible forall aspects of FP&A supporting theTX Core and MMP Core revenue streams within the Transactional Services business(including short term and long-term budgeting, reporting, and portfolio analytics). TheTransactional Core FP&A Leaderwill partner closely with senior operating leaders across Gas Power to deliverTransactional Corefinancial & operational targets, provide financial leadership, and deliver on FP&A initiatives across the broader Services and Gas Power finance organizations. This is an advanced level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independent in problem solving and decision making. This position reports to theTransactional ServicesFP&A Leader. What you u2019ll do + TheTransactional Core FP&A Leader plays a critical part in driving key strategic and horizontal initiatives and supporting daily operational activitiessupporting the Transactional Services FP&A Leader. Specifically: + u200bProvide financial guidance and operational analysis forTX Core and MMP Core profit poolsto support growth, manage risk, and position portfolio for optimized cash generation. + u200bProvide financial reporting, estimating, closing support & support operational rhythms including Functional Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Finance MORs. + u200bForm a close relationship with pole & sub-region ITRs, transactional & fulfillment finance teams, as well as cross-functional operating partners to drive operational engagement & develop playbook for meeting operating targets for P&L performance. + Prepare and support presentations (Long-range Forecast, Budget, Early Reads, etc.)requiredto communicate financial position and strategic initiatives. + Own consolidation of the entire financial case such as commercial and cash during key cycles. + u200bLeadTransactional Corebudgeting exercisesand partner with the Upgrades Finance and Operations team to understand cross profit pool dynamics. Develop framework, connect dots between operational priorities to financial targets, drive standard work, and communicate drivers of financial outlook. + u200bProvide financial advice and counsel to theTransactionalServices FP&ALeaderto drive consistent processes, strong financial outcomes, & best practice sharing + u200bLead FP&A initiatives across Services finance focused on creating standard work and driving simplification. What youu2019ll bring (B asic Q ualification s) If hired in the U.S.: + Bacheloru2019s Degree from an accredited university or college + Minimum of7additionalyears of finance, accounting, or audit experience + Minimum of 2 years of finance leadership role + Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.) If hired outside the U.S.: + Bacheloru2019s Degree from an accredited university or college + Considerableyears of finance, accounting, or audit experience + Demonstrated years of finance leadership role + Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.) What will make you stand out + You have a passion for collaborating cross-functionally to problem solve complex operational and financial problems. + You are someone who brings robust time management skills, ability to work under pressure, anda high levelof attention to detail. + You have experience with driving process simplification and excellenceleveragingcontemporary data analysis tools, particularly within the Microsoft Suite andPowerBI.
