WHAT YOU'LL DO u2022Oversee and direct team of client integration engineers by defining their daily and operational priorities and providing day to day leadership and development u2022Leverage your expertise in software and systems engineering to manage and support our large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. u2022Act as a technical liaison, gathering and defining client-specific integration requirements. u2022Collaborate with project teams to drive software development, system configurations, and continuous improvements. u2022Oversee the full software development life cycle, from requirement analysis and design to coding, testing, documentation, and system installation. u2022Provide data center and customer support as required, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our systems. u2022Mentor and lead a team of talented integrations engineers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED u2022 3 to 5 years of relevant leadership experience u2022 Experience in Java or another object-oriented programming language required. u2022 Strong background in Production Engineering; experience with large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems is a significant plus. u2022 Demonstrated abilities in gathering and defining technical requirements. u2022 Proven experience in managing the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and installation. u2022 Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently. u2022 Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent quality work. u2022 A passion for healthcare technology and its potential to transform lives.
