If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.u00a0KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Tax to join our Partner Taxu00a0 organization.Responsibilities:Operate as the business lead for core partner applications, including Partner Center, Alumni Partner Center, the Partner Center mobile app, SharePoint secured site, and Partner Tax Portal, while managing provisioning, reporting, and security review processesLead the full lifecycle of enhancements to partner applications, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment, and maintain site content and partner-facing resourcesRespond to partner inquiries and requests for information related to applications, collaborating with technical support teams to resolve system issues efficientlyAssess and implement solutions leveraging the partner application suite to support firm strategic initiatives and Firm Taxes business requirements, fulfilling ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests to aid strategic decision-makingServe as project manager for key department deliverables, including the annual tax affidavit, partner accounts programs, and the partner tax package, documenting technology processes, workflows, and system functions for clarity and business continuityManage partner inquiries and requests submitted through the Partner Care mailbox, ensuring efficient communication and supportAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in partnership tax, accounting operations, or a similar role within a professional services environment, with experience managing complex programs aligned to strategic business needsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of management and serve as a liaison between technical teams and business ownersHighly organized, capable of managing multiple assignments under tight timelines, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness and flexibility to work overtime during peak tax compliance periods, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)u00a0KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (
