As a technical leader within a collaborative delivery team , you are comfortable guiding clients, leading development teams, and partnering with experts to drive projects with hands-on delivery. Your role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities. Y ou will be a key player within our advanced technology delivery capability, working in a highly client-facing role to deliver complex, custom applications. You will partner with clients to design, build, and implement innovative Accenture solutions built on Google Cloud, applying modern agile and software engineering principles to deliver value quickly. + Hands-On Full Stack Development: Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud, working across the entire service delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support. + Client-Facing Solutioning: Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical designs, and act as a technical advisor for the client throughout the project. + Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor on-shore and off-shore project teams, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. + Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Apply modern engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality software at pace. + Outcome-Driven Delivery across Google Cloud: Leverage your expertise to deliver outstanding results in one or more of the following Google Cloud domains: + Data & AI: Build data pipelines and analytics solutions using BigQuery , Dataflow, and Looker. + Generative & Agentic AI: Contribute to the design and development of AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). + Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense: Design and build solutions that integrate with modern security operations platforms. Develop automated response workflows and leverage threat intelligence by using tools such as Google Chronicle Security Operations (SIEM/SOAR), Mandiant, and Security Command Center. + Marketing Intelligence & Personalization: Build data-driven marketing solutions by unifying customer data from multiple sources into Google Cloud. Leverage BigQuery and Vertex AI to develop predictive audience segments and enable hyper-personalized customer experiences across channels. + Customer Engagement (CES): Implement and customize solutions like Contact Center AI ( CCaaS ) to transform customer experiences. + Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Deliver solutions leveraging Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Apigee, and modern CI/CD practices. + Workplace & Collaboration Solutions: Design and build custom integrations for Google Workspace, using APIs and Google Apps Script to automate workflows and connect productivity tools with enterprise systems. HEREu2019S WHAT YOUu2019LL NEED: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Technology Consultant). + Minimum of 2 years of practical, hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience with an Object-Oriented Programming Language (e.g., Python, Java/JVM, Node.js) + Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: + C onsulting experience leading innovation and stakeholder management + Expertise in product-led engineering, operating models and engineering best practices + Deep expertise across the GCP ecosystem, including : + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and containerization (GKE, Docker). + D ata integration using services like Cloud Dataflow or Pub/Sub, API development with Apigee, and working with Google Cloud databases such as Cloud SQL, Spanner, or Bigtable. + Google Chronicle Security Operations, Security Command Center, or other SIEM/SOAR platforms. + M arketing analytics, customer data platforms (CDP), or building solutions for marketing and sales + Experience with Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Script for building custom integrations and automations . + Hands-on experience with Google CES ( CCaaS ) or other contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect). + Google Cloud Professional certifications Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
