Learn more about what we do at: About the Role The Director of End-to-End Quality and Process Management oversees teams responsible for the coordination of PSI exam publications from initiation through delivery ensuring they are executed with precision, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. They are charged with leading best practices across the end-to-end publication life cycle, establishing strategic publication goals and KPIs, and implementing performance metrics and monitoring with visibility and transparency for PSI Executive and Collective Leadership. The Director is responsible for building and maintaining a team of Quality and Process Management professionals to facilitate accurate and high-quality test publications. This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel required for meetings, events, and workshops. Role Responsibilities + Directs end-to-end publication life cycle to meet client program needs in alignment with professional testing standards (AERA et al, 2014), accreditation requirements (e.g., NCCA, ISO) and legal guidelines (EEOC et al, 1978). + Leads End-to-End Quality and Process Management team and ensures the highest levels of staff productivity, effectiveness, and engagement to achieve successful end-to-end test publications for new clients, new exams, and operational changes for all markets. Facilitates goal setting and performance evaluation for team members. + Works in partnership with leadership across publication cycle (e.g., Content Management, Configuration, Client Services, QA) and external partners to support PSI strategic goals for retention of existing clients and market growth. + Maintains a highly motivated and creative team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + Institutes project management principles and effective quality management and quality control procedures to ensure assessments are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and industry best practices. + Establishes end-to-end publication KPIs, performance metrics reporting, and dashboards to facilitate transparency and visibility across teams and for PSI leadership with regular updates on progress toward project milestones, blockers, and outcomes. + Directs client intake procedures and translation of client requirements with supporting teams (IT, Content Management, QA, Configurations) for seamless and accurate test publications. + Advises in the load forecasting for new clients, new exams, and exam changes. + Supports business development by contributing to proposals and engaging in the client community. + Maintains awareness of evolving industry norms as it relates to test publication capabilities and timelines. + Makes presentations at conferences, client meetings, and business development settings. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, Psychometrics, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred) and 7 years of experience in coordinating complex projects across multiple teams. + Proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in assessment, publishing, or education technology. + Strong understanding of project management (Agile, PMP, Prince2) and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma). + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project). + Exceptional communication and organizational skills. + Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights. + Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and operational metrics. + Ability to lead change management and foster a culture of quality. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. + Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization. + Experience in managing exam publication workflows or assessment operations preferred. + Knowledge and experience in assessment industry preferred. uf0b7 Benefits & Culture At PSI, our culture is to be transparent and fair.
