What We Offer Dietician We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our Heart and Vascular Institute team. + Schedule: 24hrs weekly, Flexible scheduling Monday u2013 Thursday, 7:00am u2013 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm + Department: Novant Health Heart and Vascular Institute u2013 Elizabeth + Location: 125 Queens Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28204 Come join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time. What You'll Do + Perform nutrition assessments and create individualized care plans. + Provide education and counselling in both one-on-one and group settings. + Deliver medical nutrition therapy for patients at risk. + Coach patients in behavior change strategies. + Educate and engage patients via in-person, phone, and video visits. + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. + Ensure follow-up and accurate documentation for all patient interactions. What We're Looking For + Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, required. Graduate degree u2014 preferred + Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Clinical Dietitian u2014 preferred + Licensure/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration u2014 required, Licensed Dietitian in appropriate state u2014 required Why Choose Novant Health?
