PositionOverview This position can be site based or remote in Chicago,Milwaukee, or New York City. The Sr. Paid Media Specialist shapes andexecutes paid media strategies across search, social, display, andemerging channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion fordirect-to-consumer (DTC) and health care provider (HCP) marketingefforts. This role translates strategic direction into actionable mediaplans that support acquisition growth of products. The Sr. Paid MediaSpecialist partners closely with internal teams-including OwnedChannels, Creative, and Analytics-and external agencies to deliverintegrated, data-driven, and innovative paid media campaigns alignedwith brand and business goals. Essential Duties Include, but are notlimited to, the following: Partnering with leadership, develop andimplement comprehensive paid media strategies for both DTC and HCPaudiences. Support campaign planning, analysis, and reporting,delivering data and insights to internal customer teams andstakeholders. Serve as the in-platform subject matter expert for PaidSearch and Paid Social, providing informed oversight and guidance to theagency implementation team. Collaborate with internal teams (OwnedChannels, Creative, Analytics, Brand) and external agencies to ensurecohesive messaging and campaign integration across all touchpoints.Analyze campaign performance across internal and external metrics togenerate actionable insights and recommendations for continuousimprovement. Develop and manage channel-specific dashboardsincorporating paid media delivery data and web trends. Stay current ondigital media trends, platform updates, and best practices to driveinnovation and competitive advantage. Support the development ofaudience segmentation and targeting strategies in partnership withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) and analytics teams.
