MITIMCo Associate, Recruiting + Job Number: 25480 + Functional Area: Human Resources + Department: MIT Investment Management Company + School Area: Executive Vice President + Pay Range Minimum: $80,000 + Pay Range Maximum: $85,000 + Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid) + Employment Category: Exempt + Visa Sponsorship Available: No + Schedule: + Pay Grade: No Grade Email a Friend Save Save Apply Now Posting Description RECRUITER, MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo), will partner with the HR Director to lead high quality full cycle recruiting of all new employees across all teams at MITIMCo; receive and screen resumes, schedule interviews and candidate debriefs; conduct phone screens, candidate debriefs, reference checks; engage with stakeholders to manage the recruiting process and identify qualified candidate pools; implement strategies to attract high quality talent; lead a positive candidate experience; maintain organized documentation and records; maintain compliance with applicable local, state, federal laws and regulations; act as primary liaison with candidates and staffing agencies to facilitate hiring process; and leverage tools and strategic partnerships to source a qualified talent pool. Job Requirements REQUIRED: A minimum of three years of human resources or related experience; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); exceptional verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated experience with highly sensitive and confidential matters using discretion and appropriate judgement; strong orientation to working in a team environment; ability to resolve complex problems thoroughly and with minimal supervision; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and to proactively suggest.
