Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Robotics organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the world's most technology.The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. Key job responsibilitiesThe role is both a strategic and hands on role including improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence.
