Employment Type:Part timeShift:Description:REQUIREMENTS:Master Degree in Human Services + 1 year of applicable experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field + 3 years of applicable experienceValid Drivers LicenseAbility to drive an organization vehicleAct 33/34/73 ClearancesPre-employment drug screeningWORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.Must Work a minimum of 5 Work Shifts per MonthABOUT THE ROLEResponsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in each facility.Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including milieu therapy, psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, clinical assessment, case management, safety checks, and unit monitoring.Will be an active part of the treatment team and will maintain clinical records including the development of the recovery/transition plan and daily documentationABOUT YOU: We’re looking for compassionate providers who are solutions-focused and believe in a community-based care approach, and who excel at both practice and mentoring.
