You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.What Will Help You Be SuccessfulYou enjoyapplying your knowledge of Workday Supply Chain to drive efficiency and operational excellence.You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related toWorkday Supply Chain Management,including the latest trends and developments. Youare passionate aboutbuildingrelationships with clients andproviding exceptional experiences.You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.Youpromotea positiveteam culture thatfosters open communication among all engagement team members. You create development opportunitiesfor others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training,and ways for your team to improve ourclients and communities.Youhaveinterestinparticipatingin the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.You haveinterestin working with a diverse portfolio of clients acrosshealthcare, finance,and otherindustries.Do Your Talents Include the Following?Demonstratedexperience with:Workday SCMmodulesincludingInventory Management,Procurement, StrategicSourcingand Contract Management.Serving as a WorkdaySCMworkstream leadduring implementations.Developing,maintainingand updating the WorkdaySCMimplementation plan including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering.Preparing for and leading Workday SCM design workshopsto define requirements, future state process flows, configuration specifications, etc.Configuring Workday SCM andfacilitatinguser testing.Leading andparticipatingin supplier master data harmonization,conversionandvalidation efforts, including leveraging AI/ML tools tofacilitatethe process.Designing and implementingsolutionsleveragingprocess automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain.Partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions; leading analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday SCM.Familiarity with Source-to-PayandContract Lifecycle Managementsystems.Implementingbest practices for WorkdaySCM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with applicable standards.Conductinggap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities, recommending solutions or enhancements.Leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments.Assessing a WorkdaySCMplatform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus.Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpretingdata.Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives. Ability to translate and communicateissues, risk, or challengesto client personnel, including executives. Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. Your Educational and Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree inarelevantdiscipline (e.g.,Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, etc.)5+ years working inprofessional services.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.Professional Certification such asWorkday Financials/Supply Chainpreferred.Our Hybrid WorkplaceProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$133,000.00 - $213,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
