Restoration Cleaning Technician

The primary focus of the Restoration Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents and structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage.Our Success Story:It all started in 1997 when Joe Leonello and his father started their own construction firm. We are looking to add a Restoration Laborer to our growing team!What you'll do:Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties after fire, smoke, or water damage.Clean and restore personal contents (furniture, appliances, décor, etc.)Pack, transport, and unpack contents safely and efficiently.Assist with deodorization, ozone, and HEPA filtration processes.Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and company vehicle.Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate municate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally with customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work.Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
