Ready to make an impact?As the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. In this position, you’ll manage day‑to‑day activities, handle a wide range of advanced and confidential responsibilities, and support both administrative and project-based initiatives that keep the organization moving forward.You’ll be a key connection point across the TDS Family of Companies—regularly partnering with employees, senior leadership, customers, and community members. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships, you will represent the President & CEO’s office with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.Manage the daily activities of the President & CEO. Activities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate officer meetings such as strategy and budget reviews, direct report meetings, and others as needed. Coordination may include scheduling meetings, locating and preparing meeting rooms, preparing information/materials for discussion.Manage, sort, organize, and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and mail.Schedule and maintain calendar for President, meetings and travel itineraries, coordinate travel arrangements.Manage expenses and invoices.Handle details of highly confidential and critical business matters.Provide support to other Officers as necessary.Coordinate annual performance review process and schedule for the President’s direct reports.Perform project work and participate in programs. Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of project work. Programs/projects include, but are not limited to:Annual corporate-level succession planning.Inspiring Excellence Award program.Coordinate Officer Executive Visit ProgramPrepare listing of sites available for Officers to visit.Work with Officers to select locations.Manage the President’s Office SharePoint site:Update and maintain President’s Office site, field questions and post appropriate responses.Required QualificationsBachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.3+ years Administrative Assistant experience.Other QualificationsExecutive‑level administrative support experience.Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, roles, and situations inside and outside the organization.Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.Experience coordinating or managing projects.Demonstrated creativity and a strong focus on delivering high‑quality work.A proactive, solution‑oriented approach, including the ability to anticipate needs and develop contingency plans.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Willingness and ability to travel as required.Do you meet the Required Qualifications but are unsure if your experience aligns with the Other Qualifications?
