Business Financial Analyst

R&P is looking for a Business Financial Analyst who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Business Financial Management, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Business Financial Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting program to assist the Navy in constructing the newest class of Frigate.Provide programming, budgeting and execution supportAssist the Navy customer in tracking commitments, obligations and expenditures.Support all phases of the DoD Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process including the development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/PR briefs and issue papers, budget submissions and justification, and the execution of program funding.Interface with HQ personnel, field activities, and contractors to collect, analyze, interpret and collate budget data and justification to support budget submissions.Assist with gathering data and compiling information in response to data calls.Assist with the preparation of financial presentations as directed.Active DoD Secret ClearanceHighschool Diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years' experience in project managment and shipbuilding.Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and policies (DoD 5000 process) - PreferredBachelor's Degree in any field (Preferred)R&P Technologies provides equal opportunity for all persons and prohibits discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), veteran or marital status, or any other factor prohibited by law.
