Employee Shuttle and Van Driver

Six Flags Darien Lake is seeking a responsible, safety-focused Employee Shuttle & Van Driver to transport team members to and from designated pick-up locations and employee housing areas. This role is essential in ensuring staff arrive safely and on time, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company vans and shuttle vehicles on assigned routesTransport employees between housing locations, parking areas, and the parkAdhere to all local, state, and company driving regulations and safety standardsPerform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needsMaintain accurate transportation logs and schedulesProvide friendly, professional customer service to all team membersAssist with special transportation needs during peak events or emergenciesEnsure vehicle cleanliness and proper fuelingQualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL may be required based on vehicle type)Must meet company and insurance eligibility requirementsMinimum age requirement (as determined by company policy)Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving practicesExcellent reliability, punctuality, and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicleAbility to assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle if neededAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyPreferred QualificationsPrevious shuttle, bus, or commercial driving experienceExperience working in hospitality, tourism, or theme park environmentsIf you are dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy helping others, join our team and help keep our employees moving safely all season long!
