This fast paced and exciting position will provide an opportunity to learn on the job while working on some the region’s best bridge projects. This CAD Technician will work with the engineering team to develop plan sets for large road and bridge projects across Indiana and Ohio.Develop CAD drawings for bridge construction projectsPrepare quantities and bills of materials for bridge componentsManage time effectively to meet fast paced deadlinesWork as part of a growing team to provide a quality product for our clientsHigh school graduate requiredDegree in Computer Aided Drafting or similar field preferredExperience with Autocad or similar design softwareExperience with Microstation/Geopak preferredExperience with rebar detailing preferred, but not requiredSolid verbal and written communication skills2+ years of experienceOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
