American Builders Supply is Florida’s largest independent supplier of building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort MyersResponsibilities:Maintains service logs and pre/post-trip inspection proceduresFollow DOT and OSHA regulationsEnsuring the accuracy and efficiency of deliveryVerifies order details and maintains log of deliveries, including amounts and/or weights, mileage, and locations of deliveries.Check items against invoice to ensure accuracy of orderPreferred Job Skills:Forklift experienceStrong work ethicEffective communications, both verbal and writtenCommercial Driver’s License Class A(Required)Experience delivering materials on a flatbed truck & roll-off trailerExperience driving/delivering within new residential communitiesExperience driving with oversize loadsCompany Benefits:Health Care Benefits401kPaid Time OffThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
