(SASSI) is seeking a Foreman (Field Production Coordinator)to join a rapidly-growing team of audio/video professionals. The Field Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, installed to SASSI’s quality standards, and aligned with builder and customer expectations. Acting as the connective tissue between field operations, sales, scheduling, and builder teams, this position focuses on jobsite inspections, communication, contractor coordination, and documentation — keeping projects running smoothly from rough-in to trim.Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision insurance401K plan with employer matchingLife InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Rewards ProgramEmployee DiscountsProfessional Development OpportunitiesWhat You’ll Do:Project Quality & InspectionsConduct on-site quality checks during rough-in and trim phases to ensure work meets scope, code, and company standardsPerform in-person inspections for:First lots of each communityAll model and custom homesLarge-scale projectsReview photo documentation for standard production homes to ensure workmanship qualityBuilder & Jobsite CoordinationAttend builder kick-off, safety, and coordination meetings to represent SASSI on active projectsBuild and maintain positive relationships with builder superintendents and site personnelCollaborate with builder teams to resolve field challenges proactively and maintain schedule momentumInternal Communication & Documentation Coordinate with the Scheduling Coordinator to sequence work efficiently and flag potential schedule risksSubmit service tickets for issues discovered during inspections or reported from the fieldGenerate sales change order tickets when project scope changes occurCommunicate promptly with Sales or Engineering when documentation requires clarificationMaintain detailed, organized inspection notes and photo documentationSubcontractor Support & Oversight Communicate quality expectations and jobsite standards clearly to subcontractors and field crewsEnsure subcontractors follow SASSI’s professionalism and safety policies on job sitesSubcontractor Coordination & Material StagingEnsure subcontractors have all necessary materials staged, labeled, and organized prior to installation to reduce downtime and site delaysCommunicate proactively with the warehouse and procurement teams regarding delivery schedules, back-orders, or material substitutionsConfirm delivery of critical components before subcontractors arrive on-site and verify proper storage and handlingSupport subcontractors by walking the jobsite before work begins to identify potential access, routing, or material issuesReinforce expectations for craftsmanship, safety, and site conduct while providing on-site guidance and supportOther duties as requiredWhat You’ll Need:Valid driver's licenseTwo years of residential construction management experience with a builder or primary contractorDegree or certification in construction management or related disciplineRelevant industry certificationsUnderstanding of residential construction fundamentals, including:Residential Building & Fire CodesNational Electrical Code (NEC) basicsWorking knowledge of low-voltage wiring systems, installation practices, and integration principles.Audiovisual industry knowledge and experiencePhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboardWho We Are:We are the contractor of choice for residential system integration services with several local and regional home builders in the Northern Virginia area.
