Hardware Shipping & Receiving Clerk

That's why we employ dedicated teams of customer service and sales representatives, and operations personnel to ensure each of our customers are offered the same attention to detail.To support our mission, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Hardware Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as returns of hardware and related equipment. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing items, preparing shipments for customers or other locations, and maintaining organized and safe shipping and receiving areas.Shipping & ReceivingUnloading deliveries, verifying items received against packing lists and purchase orders, and checking for damage.Preparing items for shipment by packaging, labeling and creating necessary documentation (packing slips, shipping labels, etc.).Maintaining accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, quantities, and destinations.Inventory & LogisticsStoring items in designated locations, updating inventory records, and assisting with cycle counts or physical inventory.Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and adhering to company policies.Support & CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate hardware deployment.Communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status, discrepancies, or other issues.Strong technical skills, with previous experience in computer hardware configuration and/or repairExceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with inventory management software and shipping platformsStrong problem-solving skills related to scheduling, shipping, and technical issuesAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain organized recordsPhysically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periodsWillingness to work additional hours as neededExcellent attendance and punctualityTrack record of meeting or exceeding department performance standardsPlease Note: This is an onsite role in Columbia, MissouriWe believe your success is our success, and we’re committed to supporting you in every aspect of life.
