Yournext great opportunity starts here - apply today!________________________________________________________________________________ResponsibilitiesHVAC System Installation, Maintenance & Repairs- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homesTroubleshooting & Diagnostics- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficienciesPreventative Maintenance- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionalityCustomer Interaction- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systemsSystem Efficiency- Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiencyRead & Interpret Technical Diagrams- Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properlyCode Compliance- Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systemsRecord Keeping- Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentationSafety Compliance- Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standardsCustomer Service- Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitudeQualificationsExperience- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar roleCertifications- HVAC certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferredTechnical Expertise- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipmentService Software- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plusCommunication Skills - Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions clearly to customersAttention to Detail- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulationsCustomer-Focused- A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitudeDriver’s License- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance:Affordable, comprehensive coverage401(K) with Company Match:Plan for your future with confidenceCompany-Paid Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance:Security and peace of mindVoluntary Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance:Additional protection tailored to your needsPaid Time Off:Vacation, holidays, and sick time to support work-life balance________________________________________________________________________________Join our team atWhalen & Ivesand become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
