This position directly supports the Time Sensitive Strike Test team utilizing Naval Flight Test process and procedures in execution of the test program.ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned engineering and program support tasks independently with minimal supervisionAnalyze program requirements, schedules, milestones, and overall performance metricsPrepare, review, and contribute to technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and related documentationDevelop and deliver accurate status reports and respond to data calls in support of the Assistant Program Manager for Test & Evaluation and the Lead Test EngineerManage resource planning, scheduling, and tracking to support program executionUtilize Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and maintain program schedules and documentationSupport logistics integration and sustainment planning activitiesProvide technical support related to munitions, associated equipment, and operational requirementsMaintain and utilize knowledge of the Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) systemApply standard Test & Evaluation (T&E) metrics and leverage the NAVAIR iTest suite to support program management and decision-makingAt least three to ten years of experienceA Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for an additional2 yearDemonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
