Serve as in person supervisor to current Dallas clients / RBTs in a 'BCBA' capacity while receiving oversight and mentorship from BCBAsProvides up to 30 hours hours doing 'BCBA' related tasksProvides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clientsSupporting new hire BT/RBT training as neededProactively manage and develop RBT staff A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices Pending BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 1 year of offer Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
