In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for FTEs, third-party contractors, and support innovative talent projects. If our Walbridge values resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you.LocationDetroit, MI (On Site) or Midwest Region (Hybrid) with regular travel to Detroit and regional project sites.Your key responsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting: Manage a diverse requisition load while maintaining service quality and candidate experienceSourcing & Pipelines: Develop sourcing strategies using social media tools, trade networks, apprenticeship programs, referrals and other innovative campaignsProcess Excellence: Drive consistency through documented recruitment workflows and best practicesCompliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, labor lawsTo qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience and a strong focus on construction or professional services firm with 1,000+ employeesStrong end-to-end recruiting life cycle experienceExceptional communication and problem-solving skills to foster relationships and meet enterprise demandsProven success supporting high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing capabilities, with a process-driven and candidate experience mindsetWork on site in Detroit (if local) or Hybrid if outside DetroitIdeally, you’ll also have4-year college degree in a related field is a plusGenuine passion to execute with urgency, excellence and precisionProficiency with large ATS systems and recruiting metricsSkills and attributes for successTeamwork attitude to win togetherStrong organizational skillsThrive in fast-paced environments that strives for excellenceSense of urgency balanced with accuracy and complianceAccountability for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support our low employee turnover and highly rated employee experienceWalbridge is an equal opportunity employer with a culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce.
