Please note this is an onsite role our of our Billerica, MA location. Hybrid and Remote working do not exist for this role.Repair, test, and tune RF assemblies from component to top assemblyProvide quick-turn product specific technical applications technical support to our customersSet up test equipment for a variety of manual testsPerform bench level repair of RF probe heads using hand tools and electronic test equipmentUtilize RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meter and signal generators for testingProvide effective and timely troubleshooting and communication through verbal, email and electronic media with customerCoordinate lab maintenance, including managing parts and component stock.Complete and update technical recordkeepingAssociates Degree or higher education in electrical engineering or related field. Military experience can be considered in lieu of college degree.Minimum 3 years recent work experience involving RF electronics with proven RF knowledgeSignificant on-the-job work experience involving hand soldering with electronics and componentsStrong troubleshooting and solder skills involving RF componentsProven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the component levelDemonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings and related materialsAdvanced attention to details and to perform additional testing as requiredStrong verbal, written, computer, technical communication skills including fluent English, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Outlook, TeamsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact directly with customers, effectively providing information and responding to questions in a timely, professional, responsive, and courteous mannerWorking knowledge of Bruker technologies is desirableThis position requires lifting heavy objects and maneuvering large bulky items This position requires reasonable dexterity to perform manual functions in confined spacesAbility to satisfactorily complete position training requirements.Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required, with reliable transportationU.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.Maintain a valid passport with flexibility fordomestic and international travel.May be required to pass security clearance investigation.Bruker is an equal opportunity employer. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between$23/hour and $34/hourand provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
