Description We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic and growing boutique law firm located in Dallas, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the firm's founder, actively contribute to its development, and help shape processes as the practice continues to expand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle both substantive legal tasks and occasional administrative duties in a small firm environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Draft, review, and assist in the preparation of litigation documents and pleadings. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and filings. u2022 File documents electronically in state and federal courts as required. u2022 Manage case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling to ensure timely compliance. u2022 Organize and maintain both physical and electronic case files for easy access. u2022 Support trial preparation, including creating visual aids, models, and mockups. u2022 Oversee document management workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Provide administrative and secretarial assistance as needed within the firm. u2022 Assist with arbitration and federal case procedures as necessary. u2022 Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes and best practices. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a boutique or commercial litigation setting. u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of litigation processes, deadlines, and state and federal court procedures. u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks. u2022 Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and e-filing practices. u2022 Familiarity with case management software and electronic document management systems. u2022 Ability to adapt and thrive in a small, fast-growing firm environment. u2022 Desire for long-term growth with attention to detail within the firm. u2022 Comfortable working directly with the firm's founder and contributing to its expansion.
