As a Lead UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in partnering with UX design, strategy, and product teams on a variety of impactful projects that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for understanding user behavior, which will align successfully within the organization.
