The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span. Minimum Requirements: + Masteru2019s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required + Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required + Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Licensed Clinician u2013 Mobile Crisis Response Team (Travel or Local) Santa Rosa, CA 13-Week Contract $2,933 Weekly (Travel) or $58/hr (Local) Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join a high-impact Mobile Crisis Response Team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians experienced in crisis work, community mental health, or emergency response who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic field environments. This role offers strong extension potential and the ability to make a direct impact in the community. Position Details + Start Window: March 9, 2026 + Contract Length: 13 weeks (high likelihood of extension) + Hours: 40 hours/week + Charting System: SmartCare + Travel Weekly Pay: $2,933/week + $1,232 taxable + $1,701 stipends + Local Pay: $58/hr Schedule Options + Sunu2013Wed 7:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM (Day Shift) + Wedu2013Sat 9:00 PM u2013 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Required Qualifications + Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC + Minimum 1+ year experience in an intense mental health setting + Crisis intervention, mobile response, emergency services, or community mental health experience strongly preferred + Strong diagnostic assessment skills and clinical judgment + Ability to work independently in the field with shifting priorities + Excellent communication, documentation, and crisis de-escalation skills What Youu2019ll Do As part of a two-clinician mobile crisis unit, you will provide immediate behavioral health support throughout the community. Responsibilities include: + Conducting on-scene crisis assessments and safety evaluations + Providing brief therapeutic interventions, stabilization, and resource linkage + Coordinating with county teams, shelters, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners + Documenting encounters in SmartCare + Responding to crises in the field (no patient transport required) This is a unique opportunity to gain advanced crisis response experience while serving high-need populations.
