Summary C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center's Diagnostic Imaging Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Physician (Radiology/Diagnostic) Ideal applicants are those who want to contribute to the achievement of quality care standards, as well as the growth and development of a VA academic hospital program. Responsibilities This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Read reports and record results for review by physicians. Perform Fluoroscopic exams or CT guided procedures as required. Oversee the administration of contrast media to ensure that all required protocols are within Service/Medical Center guidelines. Involved with teaching of the USF Residents whom most have academic appointments. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Part Time Hours- 30 hours per week(Note: Work schedules are determined and approved by the supervisor. The incumbent may be required to work various shifts on a permanent or temporary basis based on facility/patient care needs).
