DescriptionThe CV Stepdown Unit is a 20 private bed unit that focuses on providing care for patients that are Cardiac, vascular and all other intermediate level of care patients, such as respiratory, neurology, and sepsis.Up to $4,000 in Sign On Bonuses offeredWeekender Program - Salary and Schedule OverviewIndividuals hired into a Weekender position are required to work two (2) 12-hour shifts between 7:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday. In return for this commitment, Weekenders will be compensated at 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for these shifts.Click HERE to learn more about the Step Down UnitA Brief OverviewProvides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.What You Will DoImplements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as plies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
