Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in La Conner, Washington. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency by overseeing file preparation, documentation, and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards while working on-site Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities: u2022 Organize and review tenant files to ensure completeness and compliance with established guidelines. u2022 Identify missing or outdated documents and create detailed logs to facilitate follow-up actions. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies when handling sensitive information. u2022 Develop and revise internal forms and templates to streamline administrative processes. u2022 Track and document compliance issues, providing clear recommendations for resolution. u2022 Ensure all file updates meet regulatory and program-specific standards. u2022 Work independently while meeting project deadlines and maintaining high accuracy. u2022 Offer suggestions to enhance workflow efficiency and improve document management systems. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks align with organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in project management, preferably in property or office management. u2022 Familiarity with document control and compliance tracking. u2022 Strong organizational and analytical skills. u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. u2022 Proficiency in administrative assistance and document management. u2022 Knowledge of developing and formatting forms and templates. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. u2022 Availability to work on-site Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.
