Our client, a leading data center development organization , is seeking a Construction Contract Manager to join their team. As a Construction Contract Manager , you will be part of the Procurement / Cost Management group supporting data center project teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , exceptional attention to detail , and proactive problemu2011solving abilities , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Contract Manager Location: Remote (EST Preferred) Pay Range: $61.16 u2013 $67.29 per hour Whatu2019s the Job? + Prepare and manage complete RFP packages, including technical, commercial, and legal documents. + Coordinate bidder RFIs, track responses, and manage procurement schedules. + Lead bid evaluations, negotiation sessions, and facilitate Best and Final Offers (BAFO). + Oversee postu2011award contract administration, including notices, compliance tracking, and change order management. + Maintain organized contract documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Whatu2019s Needed? + 8+ years of experience managing GC RFPs and construction service contracts. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. + Handsu2011on experience with Ariba / SAP procurement systems. + Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proven ability to work with speed, accuracy, and produce highu2011quality deliverables.
