Junior Electrical Engineer

Position Overview As a new graduate or early-career Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems. You'll get hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle and will play an important part in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities + Assist with the development and refinement of electronic designs in collaboration with senior engineers. + Support the selection of electrical components, creation of schematics, and PCB layout (preferably using Altium, but training can be provided). + Participate in prototyping, feasibility testing, and evaluations for new and existing designs. + Help develop and execute test plans, and contribute to product qualification and validation activities. + Perform troubleshooting and assist with failure analysis of electronic assemblies. + Contribute to technical documentation, including design reports, test results, and user manuals. + Work with team members to engage with customers, helping gather product requirements and understand project goals. + Learn and apply industry-standard engineering practices and project management skills in a dynamic environment. Desired Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply). + Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium is a plus. + Understanding of electronic circuits (analog/digital) and basic serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, UART, USB). + Willingness to troubleshoot designs using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.). + Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python) is beneficial, but not required. + Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a team setting. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Organized, dependable, and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
