Description Inventory Coordinator Milan, IL Weu2019re partnering with a large, well-established equipment manufacturer to identify an Inventory Coordinator to support high-volume warehouse and inventory operations for their distribution center. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting system enhancements, and partnering cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly. Schedule: Must be open to all shifts (schedule is production-driven) - 6:00 AM u2013 2:30 PM CST - 2:30 PM u2013 10:00 PM CST - 10:00 PM u2013 6:00 AM CST Overtime required when requested What Youu2019ll Be Doing - Review count cards and post inventory adjustments as needed - Audit inventory adjustments completed by fellow coordinators - Partner closely with Operations, Inventory Supervisors, and wage counters to ensure point-of-use inventory accuracy - Reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify corrective and preventive actions - Participate in quarterly physical inventory audits - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on new system launches - Coordinating wage employee training (scheduling, tracking, and documentation) - Assisting with the development of dashboards and reporting tools SAP / EWM Responsibilities - Notify appropriate teams of issues requiring follow-up (inspection, maintenance, system queues, etc.) - Research part movements and conduct inventory-related analysis - Analyze count results and create tasks to resolve inventory exceptions (mixed bins, variances, etc.) - Monitor system queues to ensure flow and throughput - Troubleshoot RF and queue-related issues - Post and finalize inventory adjustments that exceed counter thresholds Requirements What Weu2019re Looking For - Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution environments - Strong SAP experience (EWM preferred) - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, production-driven setting Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
