Dynamics Analyst

Description u2022 Develop clear, detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specificationsu2014similar to a Business Analyst approach. Ensure documentation is updated and accessible for stakeholders. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions. u2022 Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for process automation and reporting. u2022 Provide technical support and resolve issues via the ticketing system within SLA. u2022 Ensure data integrity and security across ERP systems. u2022 Train end-users and create documentation for system processes. u2022 Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to align system functionality with operational needs. u2022 3+ years ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). u2022 Microsoft Office Certification or 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. u2022 3+ years experience with ticketing systems. u2022 3+ years experience in Power BI and Power Automate.
