FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1Shift Details: Anywhere from 7 am - 5 pm; flexible and willing to workwith candidate Holidays: None Weekends: None Job Summary: Full-time inan expanding outpatient clinic. Ability to work with tenured therapistswhile also driving your own practice. New grads welcome to apply.Flexible work schedule with 4 day work week if preferred. The PhysicalTherapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to thepatient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patientcare and treatment programs. The therapist participates in variedRehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhancepatient care and programs. A Physical Therapist II demonstrates advancedevaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development,staff education, student supervision. Also demonstrates emergingleadership skills and mentors department staff. Other duties asassigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of clinicalTherapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities asdetermined by interview and assessment. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited PhysicalTherapy program is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must beproficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity leveland have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. Mayrequire clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSUREDESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the HealthcareProvider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 monthsof hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP, preferred.
