Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in Blaine, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in financial operations and support day-to-day accounting processes. The role requires a hands-on individual who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Track and record cash activity to support financial reporting. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks. u2022 Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date and organized financial records. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain efficiency. u2022 Support front desk operations when required, ensuring clear and effective communication. u2022 Assist with general office tasks to facilitate seamless daily operations.
