Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

Description The role provides critical support to customers across sales, promotions, installations, and general communications. This role ensures high-quality customer interactions, resolves complaints in accordance with consumer protection laws, and contributes to initiatives that enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Provide customer service related to sales, sales promotions, product installations, and general communications. u00b7 Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. u00b7 Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in alignment with consumer laws and company policies. u00b7 Develop and support organization-wide initiatives aimed at proactively informing and educating customers. u00b7 Create improvement plans based on feedback from customer surveys and satisfaction data. u00b7 Follow clearly defined procedures, guidelines, and work routines to ensure consistent service delivery. Requirements Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a related role. u00b7 Experience using SAP, Excel, Outlook, and WebOps u00b7 Basic understanding of departmental procedures and work routines. u00b7 Strong communication and problemu2011solving skills. u00b7 Ability to follow well-established technical procedures. u00b7 Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle concerns with fairness and professionalism. u00b7 Ability to work within structured processes while managing varied tasks.
