This position serves as a trusted advisor to field and corporate leadership teams, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in shaping HR best practices, coaching leaders, and driving initiatives that promote Alvarado Restaurant Nation's culture and values across all regions. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Leadership & Strategy + Partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement HR strategies that align with businessobjectives. + Lead and mentor the Employee Relations Specialist and other HR team members to ensure consistent execution of HR policies. + Build relationships with the Field Operations team to ensure compliance matters, performance management initiatives, and other HR programs are well received and executed.
