If so, weu2019d love to meet you Weu2019re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate home care team. In this role, youu2019ll partner closely with an Occupational Therapist to deliver thoughtful, hands-on care that supports client independence, safety, and wellu2011being. What Youu2019ll Do As a COTA with us, you will: + Provide direct occupational therapy treatments in clientsu2019 homes based on an established care plan + Support clients in using adaptive equipment and therapeutic devices + Teach families how to assist safely with home exercises and daily activities + Observe and report changes in a clientu2019s condition to the OT and care team + Help ensure the clientu2019s home environment supports their goals and safety + Document visits accurately and submit notes in a timely manner + Communicate regularly with the OT, care team, and scheduling staff + Participate in quality improvement and team meetings as needed Every day, youu2019ll make a meaningful difference in someone's life. What You Bring + Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant + Graduate of an AOTAu2011approved OTA program (or equivalent experience/credentials) + At least 6 months of experience working under a licensed OT + Home health experience preferred, but not required + Valid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation + Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate professionally + Commitment to our mission, values, and highu2011quality client care Physical Requirements Youu2019re comfortable with: + Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 35 lbs) + Occasional bending, stooping, or repositioning of clients + Working in a variety of home environments and adapting as needed Why Join Trinity Health?
