Position Overview This role provides overnight coverage for our 24-bed CCU, which serves a diverse population of advanced cardiac and surgical patients. The program continues to grow and offers exposure to some of the most complex cardiac cases in the region. Program Highlights ~30 heart transplants annually ~80 durable LVAD implants per year ~Expanding ECMO program Full spectrum of temporary mechanical circulatory support (Impella, Centrimag, IABP, etc.) Implementation of a formal shock program Pulmonary hypertension care integrated with advanced therapies Robust clinical research programs in advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and critical care Team Culture & Collaboration Physicians in this role will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that includes cardiothoracic surgeons, advanced heart failure specialists, interventional and general cardiologists, intensivists, perfusionists, and experienced advanced practice providers. The program emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous clinical innovation.
