Submit business for processing & do follow-up until the business has reported. Sit in on client meetings and offer support as needed. Field general questions and service requests from clients. Keep business activity up-to-date on logs and/or CRM systems. Maintain current knowledge on industry products and licenses. Skills & Experience: Proficient with MS Word and Excel Skilled with CRM systems Life & Health license preferred Health insurance and medical billing knowledge preferred
