Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the development of a comprehensive annual budget and partner with department leaders to drive thoughtful planning and fiscal accountability. u2022 Oversee the full audit process and ensure timely, highu2011quality financial statements and reporting. u2022 Manage internal and external reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with all applicable regulations and funding guidelines. u2022 Direct revenueu2011related functions such as billing and collections, focusing on accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. u2022 Monitor cash flow, optimize investment strategies, and oversee debtu2011related activities to support longu2011term financial stability. u2022 Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to help guide executiveu2011level decisionu2011making. u2022 Lead core financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. u2022 Champion strong internal controls, financial integrity, and adherence to accounting and regulatory standards. u2022 Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented finance team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management. u2022 Proven expertise in preparing and managing annual budgets and financial reports. u2022 Demonstrated ability to oversee cash management, investments, and debt strategies. u2022 Strong knowledge of internal control systems and compliance with accounting principles. u2022 Advanced skills in conducting financial analysis to assess and improve organizational performance. u2022 Proficiency in supervising payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively train and guide staff.
