Job Title: QCM/SSHO Job Description We are seeking a skilled QCM/SSHO to join our team for a short-term project at Indian Head Naval Air Station, followed by a longer project at Pax River Naval Air Station. The initial project involves closing out a large site work project over three months, and then transitioning to a six to nine-month mechanical upgrade project at Pax River. This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, reviewing the scope of work, maintaining quality standards, and providing progress updates in meetings. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational side of the project. + Review and uphold the quality standards of the project. + Communicate project progress in meetings. + Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control standards. Essential Skills + Possession of QCM certification. + Completion of OSHA 30 training. + Familiarity with USACE standards. + 5-8 years of previous federal construction experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + ARMY CORP QCM CERT. + EM385-1-1 certification. Work Environment The work environment is fully on-site, located at Indian Head and Pax River Naval Air Stations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
